Pico Rico-Cheese dip
1 (8 oz)-package of cream cheese, softened
4 oz- shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz- shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pint- Maggie's Salsa
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
Spoon out into a casserole dish, and bake for 25 minutes
Serve with your favorite corn chips
Fiesta Guacamole
3 ripe avocadoes
2 tsp- lime juice
1/4 tsp- salt
1/2 pint- Maggie's Salsa
Smash avocadoes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
It is simple and ready to serve!
Salsa-liscious Salmon
2 portions- fresh Salmon
2 (12" long) Aluminum foil pieces
Olive Oil
1/2 pint- Maggie's Salsa
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spread olive oil in aluminum foil
Place fresh salmon on center
Cover your fresh salmon with Maggie's Salsa
Close aluminum foil at the top
Place covered salmon in an oven safe container
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Confetti Taco Salad
1 lb. Ground beef
4 cups- Shredded lettuce
1 package- Taco seasoning
2- Tomatoes
1- Small Onion
1 bag- Tortilla chips
1 cup- Kraft four Cheese Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream (optional)
1/2 cup- Maggie's Salsa
Chop tomatoes and onion, and crush chips into a bowl
Brown meat, add taco seasoning, and drain
Let it sit for a little
Mix ground beef with remaining ingredients together
Add more Maggie's Salsa to your preference
